Shadow and Sexuality - embracing our shame, exploring our vulnerability.

When we can let go of what other people think and our own story, we gain access to our worthiness - the feeling that we are enough just as we are and are worthy of love and belonging. When we spend a lifetime trying to distance ourselves from the parts of our lives that don't fit who we think we're supposed to be, we stand outside of our story and hustle for our worthiness by constantly performing, perfecting, pleasing and proving. Our sense of worthiness - that critically important piece that gives us access to love and belonging - lives inside of our story."

All of us have a sexual shadow. We all have some form of judgement around our sexuality and many of us find it difficult to embrace our sexual wholeness.

We all have an erotic blueprint which drives our eroticism, when we can understand and bring to light this blueprint it is possible to transform and experience our sexual desires and full spectrum of eroticism into a plethora of expanded pleasures.  Through intimate relationships with self and with our lovers, our relationship to sex becomes fluid, open and nourishing and we find choice. We become able to acknowledge those aspects of ourselves that we have hidden deep within ourselves and allow ourselves to enjoy the richness and passion of our own unique erotic patterning.

To explore your own unique core erotic patterning,  I offer sessions face-face or via Skype. As your core erotic pattern is not something one can necessarily ascertain in one session I offer a package of 3 sessions for £220.

Alternatively, individual sessions in person or Skype are £80 for 60mins.

“Hidden within your Core Erotic Theme (CET) is a formula for transforming unfinished emotional business from childhood and adolescence into excitation and pleasure."(p. 141)  Jack Morin "The Erotic Mind - Inner Pathways to Sexual Excitement"
